ALEF/ONE / one-man software company / AI + full-stack

Ugly workflows turned into shipping systems.

ALEF/ONE is my one-man software company. I’m Alfredo Dela Peña III, an AI engineer and full-stack software engineer in the Philippines. I build OCR, fraud checks, LLM extraction, evals, dashboards, infra, agent memory, and the boring glue that keeps production systems alive.

01 / Surface

What the company actually ships.

Abstract ink hands pulling apart documents under OCR and fraud detection marks
Document forensics

Parsing, fraud signals, and extraction under production constraints.

At Boost I work on AI Parser Studio: OCR, multi-provider LLM extraction, field dictionaries, fraud scoring, monitoring, and failover around documents that feed onboarding decisions.

Memory and bridges

Local memory and agent pipes that reduce ceremony.

Memorantado keeps local memory practical. Lode maps the codebase so I stop digging for where things live. Less ceremony, more working pipe.

Full-stack systems

Frontend, backend, infra, evals, logs, deployment, and cleanup.

The job is rarely one layer. I wire the loop: find the broken edge, cut dead process, verify with boring commands, and ship the smaller system that survives users.

02 / Proof

Work with names attached.

03 / Inventory

Company tools with sharp edges.

04 / Contact

If the work has documents, agents, messy workflows, or a product that needs to ship, email me.
